Firstly, sorry it's been so long. Been a long month, not entirely sure why.
Secondly - March's resolution has, for once, been a resounding success. With the addition of the treadmill to our household inventory, I've been able to run every day, plus take a class at the Y that has been very good. In addition, I've started tracking my calories with www.sparkpeople.com, and that has really helped. I actually lost some weight, finally! And most surprisingly, I kind of enjoy it. I mean, I would far rather go out to eat, read a good book, etc., but the time I spend working out isn't "wasted time" to me, which I was afraid it would be.
