I think I need to move a bookmark to this page into my blog folder, so I'll hit it on my way up the list every day. I read other people's blogs and say, "Hey, why don't they post more?" while my own is busy gathering dust.
Of course, that's the only thing in my life that stays still long enough to gather dust! The young'uns are working on learning better swimming and biking skills; the calendar and the events contained within it are moving along at a rapid clip; my deadlines continue their inexorable march toward me; laundry, dishes, garbage, and assorted clutter continue to collect; and the skies continue to open up and pour down their never-ending rain upon my lawn every day so it never dries out enough to be mowed.
Mostly I expect to spend at least the next month just trying to keep up, as the pace promises to remain hectic. Who would have thought that I'd look forward to the fall so the pace could calm down?
