Seems like that kind of a day ... it's bright and sunny and warm, warm, warm! A good day for happiness.
1. The onset of summer. It's about time! Lovely warm weather, lovely greenery to look at, lovely breezes.
2. Coffee. As always. :) Nice hot black coffee that doesn't cause one to feel guilty because it contains nothing fattening.
3. Snuggly funny children who have mostly left toddlerhood behind them.
4. Not missing babyhood or toddlerhood. I see other people's children and no longer feel nostalgic pangs - I am glad to be done with it all.
5. Having done good work. I reread a manuscript in progress and was quite pleased ... nice to be proud of what I've done.
