accomplishment, take 2!

Actually got some progress toward cleaning out the nursery! Scrapped the yard sale idea (didn't seem worth the effort); sorted stuff into garbage, donation, or give-away; and managed to successfully give away a lamp, a picnic basket, and a big metal futon. Whew! Once we put out the stuff for the VVA and the garbage, the nursery will be pretty close to empty of everything not baby-related. Cleaned out the basement yesterday, sorted a bunch of toys into garbage and temporary hold in the attic, and carted said toys up to the attic. Brought down a bunch of baby stuff from the attic, and sorted four smallish boxes of baby clothes into "boys" and "okay for a girl". I suspect that only about half the stuff I put in the second category will actually be considered "okay" once the girl gets here, though! (And all that isn't counting laundry and general pick-up!)
